How do I book your services?Use the contact form on the website to let us know what you're hoping for and we'll give you a call for a consultation.
-
What does a consultation entail? We'll give you a call to discuss your pain points and what spaces you'd like to work on, we'll let you know the process we'll go through in the sessions, and we'll finish with making a plan that best suits you.
-
How does payment work for services?50% deposit to save the dates, the final 50% to be paid half way through the package. Any additional hours will be charged at the completion of the project. An invoice will be sent via email and payment options include internet banking and credit card.
-
What happens with the left over items at the end?If the amount of items discarded is more than the daily boot full, we can recommend places that will take donations, some of which have their own trucks to pick up larger loads. Discarding rubbish will be up to the client.
-
What's the difference between decluttering and cleaning?Decluttering removes items, creating space. Cleaning removes the dirt on the items and in the space. Although we may wipe the cupboards out before replacing items, our focus is on reducing items so the space will be easier to clean and use.
